Terms of Service for Full Frame 916

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Full Frame 916 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service & Setup Guide

Full Frame 916 is a mobile utility tool engineered to assist creators in formatting, cropping, and publishing uncropped 9:16 aspect ratio carousel posts directly to their linked Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) accounts via Meta’s official Graph API.

To assist users with account configuration, the App includes an interactive Setup Guide with a video tutorial detailing how to convert to an Instagram Professional account, create a Facebook Page, connect the two accounts, and successfully publish images through Full Frame 916.

3. Free Usage, Daily Limits & Advertisements

• Free Tier Usage: Free users are granted a daily allowance of up to 50 posts per 24-hour cycle. To support server infrastructure and API costs, free publishing actions require viewing a Google AdMob Rewarded Video Ad prior to final publication on Instagram.
• Pro Tier Upgrade: Users who upgrade to the Pro Tier receive unlimited posting (subject to Meta's own API safety limits) and an ad-free publishing experience.
• Ad Interactions: Advertisements delivered within the App are managed by Google AdMob. You agree not to manipulate, artificially click, or bypass rewarded ad mechanics.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

• Content Ownership: You retain full copyright and ownership of all media (photos, graphics) and text captions processed through the App.
• Compliance with Community Standards: You agree to use the App in strict compliance with Instagram’s Community Guidelines, Meta’s Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
• Prohibited Uses: You must not publish unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or spam content. We reserve the right to block app access or restrict tokens if fraudulent activity or API abuse is detected.

5. Media Handling & Temporary Storage

The App temporarily uploads media to encrypted Google Firebase Storage to generate public HTTPS container URLs required by Meta's Graph API. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Media files are stored on Firebase Storage strictly for the brief duration required to complete the API publish request.
• The moment your carousel is published and you tap "Done", an automated system command permanently and immediately deletes those temporary files from our Firebase database.
• We do not store, archive, sell, or ever view your private media files.

6. Third-Party Services & API Dependencies

Full Frame 916 relies on integrations with third-party providers including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your usage is subject to the respective terms and policies of these third parties:

• Google Play Services & Google AdMob Policies
• Firebase Terms of Service

We are not responsible for service interruptions, rate limits, shadow-bans, or account enforcement actions imposed on your Instagram account by Meta resultantly from your published content.

7. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Disclaimer

Full Frame 916 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational uptime or immediate API response times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Frame 916 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage, API failures, or loss of account reach.

8. Termination & Data Deletion

You may terminate your relationship with the App at any time by uninstalling the application or using the "Delete Account & Data" feature inside the Settings tab, which permanently purges locally cached access tokens and preferences. For detailed instructions, refer to our Data Deletion Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
