Privacy Policy for Full Frame 916
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
Full Frame 916 ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Android application.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information from Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
To provide our direct publishing services, we use the official Facebook Login SDK and Instagram Graph API. When you authenticate using Meta OAuth, we receive:
- Your Instagram Username and Profile Picture.
- Your connected Facebook Page Name and Page ID.
- A Meta Access Token (required to publish media on your behalf).
- The images/photos you select from your device to process and publish.
To assist users in navigating Meta's requirements, Full Frame 916 provides an in-app setup guide with a video tutorial demonstrating how to switch to an Instagram Professional account, create a Facebook Page, link the accounts, and successfully post images securely using our app.
Note: We never ask for, see, or store your Instagram or Facebook passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Meta.
B. Automatically Collected Information (Advertising & Analytics)
If you are using the Free Tier of our application, we use third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob) to serve Rewarded Video Ads. These services may automatically collect:
- Device Information (e.g., OS version, device model).
- IP Addresses and mobile network information.
- Google Advertising IDs (AAID) to serve relevant advertisements.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Meta Data & Media: We use this data strictly to enable the core functionality of the app: generating containers and publishing 9:16 carousel posts to your connected Instagram account. We absolutely do not use your images, captions, or Meta profile data for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
- Device & Advertising Data: We use Device IDs and Advertising IDs strictly to request and display Rewarded Video Ads via Google AdMob, which allows us to keep the application free for standard users.
3. Data Storage and Retention
We believe in minimizing data footprints. We handle your data as follows:
- Temporary Cloud Storage (Firebase): Images you select for publishing are uploaded to encrypted Google Firebase Storage buckets to generate the URLs required by Meta's API. The moment your carousel is successfully published to Instagram and you tap "Done", the uploaded images are immediately and permanently deleted from our Firebase database via an automated system command.
- Local Token Storage: Your Meta Access Token and Active Page IDs are stored locally and securely on your own device using Android Jetpack DataStore. We do not store your access tokens in a centralized backend database.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, Meta profile data, or uploaded media to any third parties. Data is only shared with:
- Meta: To execute the Graph API publish commands.
- Google Firebase: As a temporary infrastructure service provider to host images for API transmission.
- Google AdMob: To serve advertisements (Device and Ad IDs only).
5. Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can instantly wipe your Full Frame 916 locally stored data, access tokens, and account ties at any time using the in-app "Delete Account & Data" button located in the Settings tab. Please visit our Data Deletion Instructions Page for full details.
