Data Deletion Instructions

Full Frame 916 provides users with complete, localized control over their data. Because we do not store user profiles or access tokens on external backend database servers, your data remains in your hands. If you wish to permanently wipe your app data and sever the connection to Meta, follow the instructions below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest and most complete way to wipe your data from the application.

  1. Open the Full Frame 916 app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab via the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap the red Delete Account & Data button.
  4. Tap Delete Forever on the confirmation dialog.

Note: This instantly and permanently purges your locally stored Meta access token, active Page IDs, and app preferences. Temporary media files are deleted from our Firebase storage when your carousel is published and you tap "Done".

Option 2: Revoke Access via Facebook

If you have uninstalled the app and wish to ensure Full Frame 916 no longer has permission to access your Meta accounts, you can manually revoke the app's authorization directly through Facebook:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Apps and Websites.
  3. Find "Full Frame 916" in your list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove and confirm.

Once removed, any legacy access tokens stored on your device will instantly become invalid and useless.

Option 3: Email Support Request

Because Full Frame 916 does not maintain a centralized backend database of user accounts, we do not hold personal data to manually delete on our end. However, if you require technical assistance or have questions regarding data privacy, you can reach our support team:

We will respond to all inquiries within 7 business days.
